  2. Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use.
  3. Accounts: Adults create accounts and manage enrollments for learners. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
  4. Enrollment: Enrollment applies per learner and per course unless stated otherwise. Seats may be limited and are confirmed only after successful payment.
  5. Payments: Prices are listed per course; taxes may apply based on location. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees.
  6. Refunds: Refunds follow the applicable course policy communicated at checkout. Where required by law, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  7. Content: Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled learner only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.
  8. Acceptable Use: Do not interfere with site security, disrupt others’ learning, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond permitted API or features.
  9. User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
  10. Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, course structures, and site code are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
  11. Privacy: We process personal data as described in our privacy practices. By using the service, you consent to such processing consistent with applicable law.
  12. Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the service but cannot guarantee absolute security. Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
  13. Third-Party Services: The service may reference third-party tools. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their practices or availability.
  14. Disclaimers: We provide courses as educational support without guaranteeing specific outcomes or grade improvements. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  15. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
  16. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
  17. Suspension and Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

  20. Dispute Resolution: Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the governing venue unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  21. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
  22. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
  23. Notices: We may provide notices via email to the address associated with your account or via in-product messages. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.
  24. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

  26. Effective Date: These Terms are effective immediately for new users and 14 days after publication for existing users unless otherwise stated.
  1. Refund Window: Unless a course specifies otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to completing more than 20% of the course content.
  2. Method of Refund: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
  3. Exceptions: We may decline refunds for abuse of policy, excessive consumption of content, or violation of these Terms.
  1. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in the following:
    1. Sharing course files, assessments, or answer keys outside your household or assigned learner.
    2. Excessive automation, scraping, or load testing without written permission.
    3. Uploading malware, attempting to bypass access controls, or probing for vulnerabilities.
    4. Harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that disrupts other learners.
